By using SpinFairly (spinfairly.com) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What we offer

SpinFairly provides free online tools that make random choices: picking names, splitting teams, drawing giveaway winners, generating numbers, flipping coins and rolling dice. The tools run in your browser and don’t require an account.

Randomness and results

Our tools use your browser’s cryptographically secure random number generator and are tested to give every option an equal chance, unless you deliberately add an entry more than once. Even so, the tools are provided “as is”. We can’t guarantee that they will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

Giveaways, raffles and contests

If you use our tools to run a giveaway, raffle or contest, you are the organizer and you are responsible for:

  • following the laws that apply where you and your participants are (some countries and states regulate prize draws, lotteries and sweepstakes, or require official rules);
  • following the rules of the platform where you run it (for example Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X or YouTube);
  • collecting the list of participants correctly and delivering the prizes.

SpinFairly is not a sponsor, organizer or administrator of any draw made with its tools. Don’t use the site for gambling or for any draw where the law requires a certified random process.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to publish or share content that is offensive or infringes other people’s rights (for example through share links). Don’t try to disrupt the site, overload it or access it by automated means in a way that affects other users.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code and brand of SpinFairly belong to us or our licensors. You may use the tools and share links to our pages freely. The lists and content you type belong to you.

The site shows ads served by Google and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SpinFairly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the tools, including disputes about the result of a draw.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
